There may be several reasons to return (part of) your order. Please check this return policy carefully to avoid misunderstandings and possible delays.

The following steps are necessary for returns to be processed:

- Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt.

- Always report your returns to us in your account page. Returns that have been received without reporting it through our website, can not be accepted.

- Make sure that the product is returned in its original packaging (including outer packaging).

- Offer the product at a parcel service or through your post office and ask for the shipping receipt.

- The package can be sent to our return address: Hollandweg 6, 1432 DD Aalsmeer, The Netherlands.

- Be sure to save the original packaging and invoice. This helps to process your return request faster.

- If you have comments on the return, report this when registering your return online in the comments field of the online in your account page. 

- We're not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake. If you want these returned to you, we may request that you cover the delivery cost.

Our warehouse does not have a delivery desk, therefore the package can not be delivered personally.

In order to check whether your return shipment has been received by us, we also advise you to save your shipping receipt.

Costs of return

When you return an order, you will need to pay the return costs yourself. If you return the entire order, you will get a refund for the product purchase price excluding the original costs of shipping to your address. In case of a defect or the delivery of a wrong product, then we also pay the postage return costs for returning (part of) your order. We can only refund the costs for regular parcel or postal service.


We are not responsible for damage or loss of the package during transport as a receiving party of your return shipment.

Processing of return shipments

Upon receipt of the return shipment, it will be processed as soon as possible. Any replacement items will also be sent as soon as possible. We strive to process your shipment within 14 days after receiving it.

If you are eligible for a refund, we will process this refund within 14 days. (Taking into account the processing time of your bank)

Conditions for return

The ordered products may be exchanged or returned within 14 working days after receipt. The products must be unused and undamaged. For jewellery and other accessories, articles may be tried, but not worn. Shoeboxes should not be used as a shipping box and should therefore not be damaged by applying tape or stickers. Please make sure that the original shipping packaging is used to return the  products. The returned products must be provided with all possible labels and packaging.

The following items can not be returned:

- Articles that were received more than 14 business days ago

- For hygienic reasons, returned products must not contain dirt or stains

- Items that are used, damaged or incomplete

- Items of which the packaging is damaged due to use or careless opening of the box.

- LED bulbs that have been ordered with our lamps
